Shipping

Stock Items usually ship within 7-10 days of purchase, allow up to 30 days for Custom Full Dolls and up to 15 days for Custom Items.

All Items are made in and shipped from New York State, USA.

For international purchases, customer is responsible for customs/duties costs.

Cancellations/Returns

For Stock Items, if you would like to return an item, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a refund minus any shipping costs.. Items must be returned in their initial condition - no additional painting or altering. After 7 days of original delivery, we will not replace any dolls or parts. 

For Custom Full Dolls, should you wish to cancel your order before shipment, we will provide a full refund minus a production fee (10% of the total cost of your doll). Should you receive your doll and wish to return it, we will accept returns within 2 weeks of your initial delivery. We will provide a refund minus a production fee (10% of the total cost of your doll) minus any shipping costs. Doll must be returned in their initial condition - no additional painting or altering. After 2 weeks, we no longer accept returns. 

Should you receive a damaged doll or part(s) upon delivery, please contact us immediately and take detailed photos of damaged part(s). We will try to ship replacement within 2 weeks pending supply availability. After 7 days of original delivery, we will not replace any damaged dolls or parts.
